Success Story Tom Kaspari

Tom decided to pursue a part-time study after his training as an industrial clerk and was additionally taken on in the HR department after a very successful completion of his training. He initially supported the team in the HR department on a part-time basis, but then decided to increase his weekly working hours again - despite his studies. As an employer, we are trying to create the best possible framework for Tom so that he can succeed in his professional development.
